We at Showstopper Jewels want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Returns will be gladly accepted as long as the product is unused, in new condition, unaltered, not damaged and has our tags on. Please do not remove tags unless you are certain you will keep the product.

Please contact us via email within 3 days of receiving the product in case you would like to return it. We will gladly accept the return for any reason and will send you a Return Authorization Number. The product should be shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery to you.

Please note that all sales on personalized, engraved and custom jewelry are FINAL and cannot be returned.
